At BillerPe, we believe in transparent, fair, and simple pricing. This policy explains how our subscription fees are structured, how billing works, and how users can renew their licenses.
All charges are applicable in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
BillerPe services are offered on a yearly subscription basis.
Different pricing tiers are available depending on the facilities and features chosen by the user.

A purchased license remains valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
Renewal is not automatic. Once your license expires, you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway page to renew your subscription.
Users may choose to upgrade to higher plans at the time of renewal.
Since BillerPe operates on a yearly prepaid model, cancellations and mid-term refunds are not permitted.
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
Refund requests must be submitted within 1 week (7 days) of the transaction date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment account within 15 working days.
BillerPe reserves the right to modify subscription fees or introduce new plans in the future.
Any changes will apply only on renewal and will not affect active licenses until their expiry.
