1. Information we collect
When you request a demo, contact us or buy hardware, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, mobile number, email, business name, city and delivery address.
When you use the BillerPe products, we process the business data you enter (menus, orders, bills, customers, stock and staff) to provide the service.
We collect basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited to keep the site secure and improve it. If analytics tools are enabled, they may set cookies.
2. How we use it
To contact you about your demo or enquiry, provide and support our products, process payments and deliveries, send service messages (including on WhatsApp or SMS) and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run BillerPe, such as cloud hosting, payment processing (PhonePe), messaging (WhatsApp/SMS) and delivery partners, and only as needed for those services, or when the law requires it.
4. Your outlet's data
The data your outlet enters into BillerPe belongs to your business. Each outlet's data is kept separate from other customers. You can export reports at any time.
5. Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or stop marketing messages, by writing to us using the contact details on our Contact page.
