BillerPe provides restaurant point-of-sale software, related apps and cloud services on a subscription basis, and supplies related hardware with its plans.

Features available to you depend on your plan.

You are responsible for your account, your staff logins and keeping passwords and PINs safe. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

Plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Prices are shown before applicable taxes. If a subscription is not renewed, access to billing may be paused; your data is retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, or use BillerPe for unlawful purposes.

You own the business data you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of tax settings and bills issued from your outlet.

We work to keep BillerPe available and the Offline Server lets eligible plans continue billing without internet, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the extent allowed by law, BillerPe is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
